Before attending Tech Show London 2026, I wanted to know which exhibiting companies are actively posting on LinkedIn, who’s hiring, and how do I actually reach them?
Instead of manually searching 136 companies, I used Claude Sonnet 4.6 on claude.ai to write and iterate a Python pipeline that:
🔎 Searched the web for each company’s LinkedIn page, official website & contact email
📊 Scored LinkedIn activity from public signals posts indexed, follower hints, job listings
💼 Flagged which companies are actively recruiting
📁 Exported everything into a clean, formatted Excel workbook
Key finding: 38% of companies at the show are Very Active on LinkedIn — posting regularly with strong engagement. Think Splunk, Datadog, SentinelOne, Red Hat, Cloudflare. Another 42% are Active. Only 1 company was truly Inactive. The AI & Data segment is loud online.
What impressed me most was how Claude handled the iteration — it kept refining the activity scoring logic, debugged the openpyxl formatting across multiple sheets, and even suggested adding colour-coded rows per activity tier.
The whole thing — from first prompt to formatted Excel — took under 25 mins. No API keys needed, just claude.ai.
📌 If you’re going to #TechShowLondon this week and want the full list, drop a comment or DM me.
Every data point in this research — company names, stand numbers, websites, email addresses, and LinkedIn pages — was sourced exclusively from publicly available sources: the official Tech Show London 2026 exhibitor directory, company websites, and publicly indexed LinkedIn company pages. No private, internal, or restricted information was accessed.
This post is independent and personal. I have no commercial relationship with Tech Show London, Anthropic, or any of the companies listed. The use of Claude Sonnet 4.6 (via claude.ai) reflects a genuine personal workflow — not a sponsored or affiliate arrangement. Activity ratings are estimates based on publicly available signals and should not be taken as definitive assessments.
